Welcome to Blank Space Community Center
Meet Jenn!

Jenn Baker is the heart behind Blank Space Community Center—a creative, community-driven space built on connection, curiosity, and a genuine love for helping others thrive. Born and raised in Tennessee, Jenn brings a sense of Southern hospitality into everything she does, creating welcoming environments where people feel seen, supported, and inspired.
Before stepping into entrepreneurship, Jenn built a strong foundation in leadership and operations as an Operations Manager at CBRE, where she oversaw seven corporate offices. Her proudest moment at CBRE was creating and building 7 Diversity Network groups in her region and sitting on National Board for the LGBTQ Network while creating an Ally program for global usage. Her ability to manage complex systems, lead teams, and create meaningful experiences now fuels the success of her growing businesses.
In 2023, Jenn purchased Young Rembrandts Franchise of Southeastern Pennsylvania and quickly expanded the program to include approximately 45 classes each week.. She proudly partners with local school districts and parks departments teaching art education and creativity directly into the community across Bucks and Montgomery counties.

In 2025, Jenn founded Blank Space Community Center as a way to give back and create something bigger—a place where both kids and adults can “find their spark.” What started as a vision has quickly grown into a thriving hub, partnering with local organizations.

Jenn’s Blank Space programs are intentionally designed to nurture creativity, build problem-solving skills, and encourage collaboration—all while making sure kids are having fun in a supportive, engaging environment. She especially loves seeing children’s imaginations come to life through hands-on projects and out-of-the-box thinking.

Safety and professionalism are at the core of everything Jenn builds. All counselors are fully background-checked, CPR certified, and programs are fully insured—giving families peace of mind.
Outside of her work, Jenn is a proud mom of two—her 26-year-old daughter is currently pursuing her PhD, and her 14-year-old son is a freshman at Pennsbury. She is also deeply involved in her community, volunteering with the Pennsbury Marching Band and founding the Lower Bucks Women’s Networking Group.
In her free time, Jenn enjoys painting abstract pieces inspired by alien and dystopian themes, and spending time with her two playful poodle-mix dogs. Working on her Young adult novel, making up stories and funny songs and writing newsletters.
At her core, Jenn believes in the power of connection—helping people connect with themselves, with others, and with their passions. Through everything she creates, she’s simply working to make the world a little more creative, connected, and inspired.
