By accessing or using our website and registering for any programs, events, or classes, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or completing a registration or purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are a parent/legal guardian completing the registration on behalf of a minor, and that you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Registration & Accuracy of Information
When registering for a program or event, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Blank Space Community Center reserves the right to cancel registrations submitted with false or misleading information.
3. Payment
All fees must be paid at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our registration system. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our General Cancellation Policy, Summer Camp Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering, you agree to the applicable cancellation and refund terms, including the 24-hour cancellation requirement and the $10 cancellation fee.
5. Participant Conduct
All participants are expected to treat staff, instructors, volunteers, and fellow participants with respect. Blank Space Community Center reserves the right to remove any participant from a program or event without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate.
6. Photography & Media
Blank Space Community Center may photograph or record programs and events for promotional and educational purposes. By registering, you consent to such photography or recording unless you notify us in writing prior to the event. For minors, parent or guardian consent is required.
7. Health & Safety
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate in the programs or events for which they register. Blank Space Community Center is not responsible for injuries or health incidents resulting from a participant's failure to disclose relevant medical conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blank Space Community Center, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any program or event, or from use of this website.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Blank Space Community Center and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all registrations and purchases made through the Blank Space Community Center website. Please review it carefully before completing your registration or purchase.
1. 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement
To be eligible for a refund, all cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the start of the scheduled event, class, or camp session. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time are not eligible for a refund, regardless of attendance history.
2. Cancellation Fee
A $10 cancellation fee will be deducted from all participant-initiated refunds. This fee applies to all programs, events, and classes. The fee may be waived at the sole discretion of the Center Director on a case-by-case basis. To request a waiver, contact the Director in writing with your reason. Approval is not guaranteed.
3. Program Fees — Participant-Initiated Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your registration and have submitted your request at least 24 hours in advance:

If you have not yet attended any session, you are eligible for a full refund of program fees paid, minus any applicable non-refundable deposit and the $10 cancellation fee.

If you have attended one or more sessions of a multi-session program, a prorated refund will be calculated based on the number of sessions remaining at the time of your cancellation request, minus any applicable non-refundable deposit and the $10 cancellation fee.

No refund will be issued for sessions already attended.
4. Center-Initiated Cancellations
If Blank Space Community Center cancels a program, event, or class:

Participants who have not yet attended any session will receive a full refund of all fees paid, including any deposits. The $10 cancellation fee does not apply to Center-initiated cancellations.

Participants who have already attended one or more sessions will receive a prorated refund for sessions not yet held, minus any applicable non-refundable deposit.
5. Non-Refundable Deposits
Some programs and events require a non-refundable deposit at registration. This includes all summer camp registrations, and select events and classes where noted during the registration process. Non-refundable deposits will not be returned regardless of the reason for cancellation, except in the case of a Center-initiated cancellation where no sessions have taken place.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of registration. Blank Space Community Center is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
7. Transfers in Lieu of Refund
In some cases, we may offer a registration transfer to another session or participant as an alternative to a refund. Transfers are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. To request a transfer, please contact us in writing.
