Bring any item to BLING OUT! Record, lighter, book, photo frame or any item that is begging for some pizazz! ALL Ages welcome. Children under 12 must be under supervision of an adult. All Supplies provided. Giveaways and Good Vibes! *** beginners should choose a simple project design.
