About the event
Workshop is a two day workshop May 31 and June 1st 1-3 pm each day.
Cari Brown has been writing music for over 20 years, both personally and professionally. She has composed for three musicals—one of which was recently selected for the Savannah Musical Theater Festival—as well as two short films. One of her greatest passions is teaching the art of songwriting to others.
In this workshop, you'll explore lyric writing, song structure, melody creation, and more! No need to play an instrument or have prior experience—just bring your creativity and a willingness to express yourself through music. Ages 9-13
